Billionaire Joe Lewis Returns to Vietnam Aboard Bombardier Global 6000 Private Jet

On June 3, 2019, British billionaire Joe Lewis – owner of the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club – returned to Can Tho City, Vietnam, aboard his private Bombardier Global 6000 jet. His visit followed a previous stop in May of the same year, when he arrived via the ultra-luxurious $150 million Aviva superyacht.

Mr. Lewis was warmly welcomed at the airport by Mr. Truong Quang Hoai Nam, Vice Chairman of the Can Tho People’s Committee, along with officials from the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. During this visit, Mr. Lewis planned to explore the iconic Cai Rang floating market and sample traditional Vietnamese cakes handcrafted by local artisans on Son Islet, located in Can Tho’s Binh Thuy District.
